You are looking at a custom built tattoo machine made by Dave Holm using a Classic Tattoo Machine Frame designed by the world renowned tattoo artist “Crazy Philadelphia  Eddie”. Philadelphia Eddie Tattoo Supply was named United Tattoo Supply, founded in August 1992 by Crazy Philadelphia Eddie Funk and his former wife Penny Funk.

Originally designed as a frame for making tattoo machines that are used for  shading and coloring,
it`s been completely Tweaked Out to be a Great Tattooing Tool for doing Big Lines!
If you are familiar the different styles of machines made for tattooing over the past century then you will recognize similarities to many famous tattoo machine designs incorporated into the designing of this unique frame.

The power behind this Tattoo Machine are the two Dennis Dwyer, 1.25” 10 wrap magnetic coils.

Mike Malone was a big fan of the coils made by Dennis Dwyer and used them many times building his own machines. Complimenting these two coils is a high quality 50v … capacitor.
The front and back steel springs are Original Mickey Sharpz Springs from the 90’s with a
Customized Silver Contact Screw for that perfect old school conductivity designed by Mick.

The Hardware used to build this custom tattoo machine including the armature bar, binding posts, screws, shims and washers are each individually selected for their material, size and longevity. This machine has been built to last over 100 years with proper care and use, like an antique electric doorbell from the early 1900`s that still works today in 2022.
